Richard 'Dick' Young recalls his time as athletic director, 1978-1983, at Oklahoma State University (OSU) where he successfully tripled donations for athletics and merged the men's and women's athletic programs. He discusses his early life and education, his time in the Navy, and his coaching experiences prior to OSU. Young also describes his career as athletic director at various universities after leaving OSU.
