Rob Hill talks about his path to becoming the director of SEMA (Stillwater Emergency Management Agency). He shares his memories of the day of the mass casualty incident that occurred during the 2015 Oklahoma State University Homecoming parade. He recounts the entire day and describes his role as director of SEMA. Hill discusses the emergency response, directing medical helicopters, the aftermath, and steps they would do differently. He talks about some of the additional safety measures now in place going forward. He also explains storm spotters and other responsibilities of his department.
