Description
Robert Graalman graduated from Oklahoma State University (OSU) in 1970 with a bachelor's degree in political science and in 1972 with a master's degree in English. He talks about his experiences as a student and how he returned to OSU in 1981 to work with the dean of Arts and Sciences after finishing a doctorate degree elsewhere. Graalman also discusses becoming the director of the Office of Scholar Development and Recognition at OSU, his role in developing the program, ways students were identified to compete, and the process they went through preparing to compete for national scholarship awards.
