Description
Robert Graalman graduated from Oklahoma State University (OSU) with a bachelors degree in political science in 1969 and a masters in English in 1972. He returned to OSU in 1981, after earning a doctorate elsewhere, and served on the faculty until retiring in 2014. He explains his career in academia and how he became involved with scholarships and scholar recognition at OSU. He talks about the process of applying for a Phi Beta Kappa chapter and his role in OSU finally being chartered. He goes on to describe the Wentz scholarship program and how programs like that have added to OSU's students' scholarly academic accomplishments. Lastly, he mentions the growth of OSU.
