Robert 'Bob' Henrickson, esteemed professor of Oklahoma State University (OSU), reflects on his experiences as an international champion meat judger and on his time as a first lieutenant in the Army. He discusses his role in developing the OSU food science graduated programs as well as his research. He also talks about helping to establish the OSU Emeriti Association as well as planning for the university retirement living community.
