Description
Rodd Moesel was born in Enid Oklahoma, and in 1963 at the age of nine he moved to Oklahoma City where his family owned and operated a greenhouse. He attended his very first 4-H club meeting in Oklahoma City, which happened to be at the Governor’s Mansion and Shirley Bellmon was the adult leader for the club. It was at one of these meetings that Rodd first met Henry Bellmon and from that early contact they remained friends throughout the rest of Bellmon’s lifetime.
