Rodney and Mary Huffer discuss how they met each other, their lives in Marshall, Oklahoma, and their relationship with the notable historian Angie Debo. Rodney tells about his experiences in the Peace Corps and how that led him to meeting his wife, Mary, in Nairobi, Kenya. Mary recalls how welcome she felt in Marshall and how kindly Debo treated her upon her arrival. They both reminisce over their memories of Debo, and they also comment on the current state of the Marshall community.
