Description
Russell Pierson recalls his early life growing up in rural Oklahoma before enrolling at Oklahoma A&M College (OAMC), now Oklahoma State University (OSU), in 1929. He talks about running track, meeting his wife of sixty-seven years, and working on campus. He also discusses his life after graduation, working in agricultural extension before moving into farm broadcasting in radio and television. At age ninety-nine, Pierson shares how the university has changed and the important OSU figures he met along the way.
