Sally Schuh, Director of the Visual Resource Center in the Department of Art at Oklahoma State University, talks about growing up doubly-othered, as someone who knew she was uninterested in boys and as a person with mild cerebral palsy. She discusses her interest in art and her career path, including earning a degree in printmaking. She talks at length about the impact of art, especially non-representational art, on people outside the heterosexual paradigm. Schuh also comments on relationships and meeting her wife.
