Description
Sue Knight is a three-time graduate of Oklahoma State University (OSU) as well as a retired faculty member of OSU. She discusses earning a bachelors degree in home economics in 1969 as a nontraditional student and going on to earn a masters in 1973 and a doctorate in 1977, both in food science. Knight recalls her research interests, various aspects in working in academia, and differences she noticed along the way. She also talks about her early life growing up in rural Oklahoma, life during World War II, and life in retirement.
