Tams Bixby II (Jr.) 1967

Mr. Bixby Jr. read most of his comments from a book on the Dawes Commission, including comments in the book about his father, Tams Bixby (deceased), who was chairman of the Dawes Commission and former newspaper publisher in Muskogee. Toward the end he made some personal comments, including comments about the family and about the Phoenix. No dramatic quotations included, because most of the material comes second hand from a book. Actually, Mr. Bixby was very young during the Dawes Commission days.
