Fourth-generation owners of the Broken Bar L Ranch, Terry and Judi Leonard, discussed the history of the land, settled in 1896, and the important role the land has played in the numerous generations of the family. Terry was born on the ranch and lived there his entire life other than a brief period when he attended college. At the time of the interview cattle and bison were the main products, and Terry explained his interest in learning about and raising bison.
