Description
Thomas 'Tinker' Ray discussed the history behind the 7R Ranch since it was acquired through an Indian allotment in 1903 as well as the family's long history with Brangus cattle. Tinker shared memories of his educational experience and how his degree in animal husbandry from Oklahoma A&M College (OAMC) helped his ranching career. Also discussed was the continued importance of ranching and farming in a country's worldwide success.
