Wendy Ponca, a professional artist, talks about growing up around art and about her art education. She explains how she first became interested in textile and fiber arts and how that grew into fashion. She describes her style and inspiration and the many different types of work she makes, from full clothing looks to hand-dyed silk to beaded and wove blankets. She discusses the work she did as an art teacher and her experience with grant writing for native projects. She also comments on a few of her specific projects.
